💈 Please note that failure to show up for your appointment does affect students learning progress and is naturally very frustrating for them. Due to clients not showing up or cancelling last minute, we have now begun a zero tolerance policy. If a client has a no show or last minute cancellation, they automatically become blocked from booking in the future.
We don’t like to do this but no shows really do disappoint students. We hope you understand.
